Who we are:
I started my journey in healthcare a decade ago, working for an ambulance company in Detroit. After completing my Bachelor of Arts with a major in Biology, I attended High Point University, where I began my Physician Assistant training. Since becoming a PA, I have worked in internal medicine, and psychiatry in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This combination has allowed me to care for patients with diverse physical and mental health needs.
This clinic is a passion project created to offer more personalized, integrative care—care that thoughtfully addresses the mind and body together. My approach blends evidence-based medicine with integrative and lifestyle-focused strategies, emphasizing collaboration, education, and long-term well-being.

I began my healthcare career in 2014 after earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy. While working on a medical-surgical floor, I continued my education and obtained my Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner degree, strengthening my foundation in managing complex medical conditions and caring for patients across the adult lifespan.
After becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I worked in an internal medicine practice, treating patients with chronic medical conditions as well as anxiety and depression. I later transitioned to an inpatient psychiatric hospital, where my interest in psychiatry deepened through caring for patients with acute and chronic mental health conditions.
I went on to complete my Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree at Walden University. My approach integrates evidence-based psychiatric care with a whole-person perspective. I am particularly passionate about treating depression and anxiety and supporting peri- and postmenopausal women through hormonal therapy to improve mood, overall health, and quality of life.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that addresses both mental and physical health, helping patients achieve long-term balance and wellness.
